A rainy night in Atlanta, Georgia didn’t stop country music’s finest from enjoying the National Championship game on Monday, nor did it stop the fashion. The Bulldogs took the field at Mercedes-Benz Stadium to play fellow SEC opponent Alabama Crimson Tide for the title. Most attendees wore the typical game outfit-jeans, sweatshirts, raincoats. However, it was some of Nashville’s leading ladies that brought a certain flare to the traditional game day apparel.
We can see by their outfits that Thomas Rhett, Jason Aldean, and Charles Kelley are all fans of the Bulldogs. Aldean’s wife? Not so much in her Alabama gear!
Aldean proudly wore his black Georgia sweatshirt, jeans and matching ball cap, while Brittany chose a light grey Alabama sweatshirt with a faded denim jacket over it, and black skinnies.
Rhett attended the game with his father and some friends, all decked out in Georgia gear. Rhett kept it casual and looked like the epitome of a Georgia fan with his logo jacket and state hat.
Kelley’s wife Cassie said on Instagram, “Dawg fan by marriage + happy to be here”. She took a different approach and decided to keep it dressy-casual with a black knit turtleneck and a white beanie (not pictured). Kelley chose a black and red checkered flannel atop a grey t-shirt.
Lauren Alaina and boyfriend Alex Hopkins also attended the game, Alaina cheering for Alabama and Hopkins for Georgia. Alaina rocked red rhinestone boots with her Alabama tee and a black beanie and jacket over dark jeans finished off her game day apparel. Hopkins kept it simple with jeans and a red and black pullover.
Even at a football game, these ladies and gentlemen of country music are killing the style game. It’s safe to say that Nashvillians will always bring the glam wherever they go.
